SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation, insurance is optional & will incur an additional fee.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
We only ship within the United States.
We only ship to the credit card holder's BILLING address.
We do not ship to post office boxes.
RETURN POLICY
All jewelry is inspected for flaws and damage and is guaranteed to be in new condition prior to shipping.
Please keep in mind Mother of Pearl and Paua shell are organic material and each piece is unique in its nacre and irridescence. These unique characteristics are not considered flaws.
Refunds and exchanges will be made for items returned within 10 days from the date you received your package, for all items that have not been altered, resized or damaged. If you want to return item(s) for refund or exchange, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your package. You will receive a reply email within two (2) business days with information on how to return the items. Please note that we only allow one exchange per item, per purchase, and that you will be charged return postage, delivery confirmation and insurance to mail your exchange items to you. If we do not hear from you within 10 days, we will assume that you absolutely love our jewelry!
You will be issued a credit on the credit card with which you purchased the merchandise when we have received and inspected the item(s) that you have returned. Refunds will be processed for the amount of the item, less shipping and handling.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
All items are carefully packaged and shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If you chose insurance, then the following will apply.
If your items were damaged in shipping, please notify us and we will contact you within two (2) business days with information on how your U.S. Postal Service insurance claim will be processed. Please type in "Item damaged in shipping" in the comments box of the Contact Us form, along with your invoice number and the item number(s) of the damaged item(s).
Please keep the packaging in which your items were shipped to you. The post office will inspect the packaging prior to issuing a refund.
